It is a clear gloss polymeric vinyl that has been specifically engineered to adhere to LSE (low surface energy) substrates such as water-based car paints, surf boards, motocross bikes, powder-coated metal substrates and many more. Additionally it is also effective with substrates that have a low surface temperature.
