We have our own fleet of electric vans that deliver within the Central London area and you may have seen them around - being pink and orange, they really stand out! Our business account customers based in Central London will enjoy a free of charge express delivery service.
If you are based outside of London or are a non-account customer, we charge a standard flat rate of £15 +VAT for delivery and we may ask one of our delivery partners to deliver your order to you. It depends on what time you place your order but most orders placed before 4pm will be despatched to you for delivery the next working day. There may be times that the delivery charge will need to be increased, for example, if you were to order something heavy or a larger item such as A0 sized boards or portfolios but we will let you know straight away if this is the case and provide full details of any additional charges that may be required to send your order.
There are always going to be exceptions to the rule as we stock and sell such a wide variety of products but if there are any changes to your delivery charge, our helpful Customer Services team will contact you and keep you up to date with the progress of your order. If you would like to return a product, this is not a problem as long as it hasn't been used, it is still unopened in its original packaging and there is no writing or damage to the manufacturers outer packaging.
We also ask you to let us know within 7 days of receiving your delivery if you wish to return a product that is not required. Please call Customer Services and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Please be aware, we are unable to accept returns for perishable items.
