Delivery
We have our own fleet of vans that operate in Central London. You may have seen them, being pink or orange they really stand out! Our business account customers in Central London enjoy a free of charge express delivery service.

If you are based outside of London we normally charge £6.50 for delivering your order and we will ask one of our distribution partners to deliver this to you. It depends on what time you place your order but most orders placed before 4pm will be delivered to you the next day. There may be times that the delivery charge will be more than this, for example if you were to order something heavy like a fire safe or something big like furniture, but we will let you know straight away if this is the case.

There are always going to be exceptions to the rule as we stock and sell such a wide variety of products but if there is any change to the norm, our helpful customer services department will contact you and keep you up to date with the progress of your order. If you would like to return a product this is normally not a problem so long as it hasn't been used and is still in it's original packaging unopened. Please either use the returns portal on the webstore or call customer services and we will do everything we can to assist you.
